For booking weave and extensions appointments: Please note there is a non-refundable 25-50% deposit of total services due within 48 hours after booking your appointment to reserve your slot. This deposit will be deducted from your balance the day of your appointment.

Forms of Payment Accepted: MC, Visa, AMEX, & Cash. Checks are not accepted.

 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you are a no-show you will not be allowed to reschedule an appointment.

No refunds are

Weaves and extension appointments do not include additional services in the prices. Shampoo service, touch-ups, conditioning treatment, color, etc are available for additional fees. If additional services are required, please send notification within 48 of booking this appointment so the necessary time is allotted to complete your services. If notification of additional services is not requested when booking your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the request. If additional services are not required, please come with your hair clean, dry and product free.

If you are more that 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service will be provided. Please call if you are running late.

All techniques are private, if you bring a friend or family member they are not allowed to view techniques.

Fees for services are not negotiable.

All services are final. If you are not pleased with the services provided to you, please let us know so we can do minor adjustments.
