COVID-19 POLICIES AND FORM

We have incorporated some measures to be compliant with current Covid regulations and ensure the safety of our patrons. Please read this to it's entirety. 

A COVID-19 Waiver is required to be reviewed and signed online prior to the rendering of any service, no exceptions. Sign the box at the bottom of this page to comply with the COVID-19 Waiver. Waiver must be signed no sooner than 24 hours prior to service.

Cleaning and Sanitization.  To adhere to COVID-19 guidelines, the salon will be cleaned and sanitized daily and in between each client. We will provide a complimentary mask that is to be worn by the client during the entirety of the appointment.

Reduced Capacity and Limited Schedule. We will be working on a limited schedule and are reducing the number of persons in the salon at any given time. It is imperative that you adhere to the rules and also to your appointment times. Please note that arrivals past 30 minutes may have to reschedule. Also, no shows and cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Please note that the current environment does not allow us to be flexible, therefore we are implementing this rule.

Glamour Hair Extensions Boutique COVID-19 Waiver/Rules

  1. Please text when you arrive - You will be texted when we are ready for you to come inside. We will meet you at the outside entrance to let you in. Please DO NOT enter through the mall. If you are not familiar with the outside entrance please text us at 301-717-1599 so we can direct you to the entrance. 
     

  2. Temperature checking - Your temperature will be checked with a touchless thermometer once you arrive for your appointment. If you are running a fever,  you will be asked to reschedule.
     

  3. Please stay home if you are sick - Please notify us if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been around anyone that is experiencing symptoms. If you are coughing, sneezing, have a runny nose or fever, please reschedule. Even if you think it’s allergies you will can reschedule after 14 days, in complaince with self quaratine guidelines.
     

  4. Sanitizing Hands - Your hands must be sanitized upon entering the salon. Hand sanitizer is available at the salon.
     

  5. Masks must be worn for the entire service - Masks must cover the nose and mouth. A complimentary mask will be provided at the appointment. Please come and be prepared to wear a mask the entire time of your service.
     

  6. Late arrivals - If you are running more than 15 minute late, please text. If you are running over 30 minutes late, your appointment will most likely have to be rescheduled.
     

  7. No shows and cancellations - Under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Reschedules for clients within the required time must be done within 30 days to have the non-refundable deposit applied to the new appointment.
     

  8.  Personal items - Please refrain from bringing more than one personal item and a laptop/iPad/Kindle. This is to reduce the amount of virus/bacteria etc from cross transferring from surface to surface.
     

  9.  Eating inside the salon - If you need to eat, you must do so outside of the salon.

  11.  No additional guests are allowed in the studio at this time - unless it’s someone that lives in the same residence as you and they are being serviced as well. That includes no children.
     

  12. Clients are no longer allowed to bring their own tools to the shop. No combs, rollers, irons, etc. We are required to comply with strict sanitization guidelines.
     

  13.  Microdroplets - To reduce the amount of microdroplets in the air, we will keep chatting to a minimum during Phase 1.
     

  14. Reusing Wefts - If you are scheduling a maintenance or reusing your wefts for a weave, please THOROUGHLY detangle wefts prior to your appointment.
     

  15.  Not all services are currently available - Available services are listed on the Schedulicity booking website. Please select the package that has everything you need for your service. We are not able to add additional services at the appointment. The service must be selected when booking your appointment. If you email, call in, or text for an appointment a deposit is still required and a credit card will still be required to hold the appointment. 
     

  16.  Social Distancing - We are required to practice social distancing, so please keep a 6 foot distance from everyone at the salon with the exception of your stylist.
     

  17.  No weft coloring at this time - Unless hair is new and provided by Glamour Hair Extensions Boutique, wefts/extensions coloring service is currently not being offered during Phase 1. As we are taking limited appointments coloring for extensions or wefts are not available at this time. If you are purchasing the hair from Glamour Hair Extensions Boutique and need it colored that must be requested prior to the appointment.
     

  18. Deposits - All installation and maintenance appointments will require a deposit which can be paid online at the time you book your appointment.
     

  19. If you need an adjustment to your installation - Please indicate that before leaving the salon on the day of your appointment.
