Please read below before booking your appointment. All services are performed on an appointment only basis. No Walk in Service is available.
All of our clients are required to sign an online covid19 waiver. Please click here for the waiver.
We are located inside of Salon Plaza, Suite 113. Salon Plaza is located on the bottom level of Westfield Wheaton Shopping Center. The address is 11160 Viers Mill Rd, Wheaton. You do not need to walk through the mall to enter the salon. There is a door outside of the shopping center that leads directly into the salon.
Booking Your Service
If you require multiple services, please select them when you are booking your appointment. Everything is done by appointment only and try our best not to overlap client appointments.
We take pride in our work. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair allow us to make the proper adjustments. Please contact the salon within 7 days of your service. After 7 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service/product fees may result. We do not provide refunds on services or products.
We do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents - we get it. If you are running late please call or text to make us aware. We want to be able to provide then desired service in its entirety. We will try our best to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 20 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the stylists discretion. please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your consideration!
Installation appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot. The deposit is deducted from the balance the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied within 30 days to another service. Please make sure you want the appointment before you book online.
Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time and it's difficult to fill the slot at the last minute. We do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online or over the phone. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark no charge will be made.
All appointment service times are estimates. Each client's head is different, so all times are estimates. Services will not be rushed so please plan & book accordingly. If an appointment is running over, it's allotted time, I will attempt to text or email you so you don't have to rush to your timeshlot.
There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. We respect the safety of others and in these cases we do not require a 48 hour cancellation. If Glamour Hair Extensions Boutique needs to close, the team will contact each client starting from the first appointment to the last and will work to accommodate the cancelled guests on another date as soon as it is possible. In inclement weather GHEB will reschedule your appointment.
Emails & Texts
Emails and texts will be responded to within 24-48 of our business hours.. On Sundays and Tuesdays the salon is closed, There will be no response on those days.
